Refund Policy

At Trust Access Firm, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Digital Products (In Case I Die — Digital Guide) Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital purchases except in cases of:

• A technical error preventing successful download

• A duplicate or accidental purchase (reported within 24 hours, before download)

If you experience an issue accessing your file, contact us at service@trustaccessteam.com and we'll make it right.

Physical Products (Printed & Bound Edition) We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. 

Shipping Policy

Digital Products No shipping required. Your download link is delivered instantly via email after checkout.

Printed & Bound Edition

• Production time: printed items are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• Delivery time: standard shipping adds an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• We currently ship within [the United States / list your regions] — international shipping [is / is not] available.

Privacy Policy

Trust Access Firm ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect: Name, email address, shipping address (for physical orders), and payment information (processed securely through Shopify Payments — we do not store your card details).

How we use it: To process orders, deliver digital products, provide customer support, and — with your consent — send occasional newsletter updates.

Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what's necessary with service providers (e.g., Shopify, our payment processor, shipping carriers) to fulfill your order.

Your choices: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email, and you may request deletion of your personal data by contacting service@trustaccessteam.com.

Given the sensitive nature of our product (estate/end-of-life planning), we want to be especially clear: we do not access, read, or store the personal content you enter into your own downloaded guide. That document lives on your device once downloaded.

• Printed products are shipped as described; production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

• Trust Access Firm provides planning templates and organizational tools only — we are not a law firm and do not provide legal, financial, or estate-planning advice. For legally binding documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), please consult a licensed attorney in your state.

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
